Andrew joined Affinia in 2024 as part of the acquisition of Baxter & Co, where he served as the Managing Partner, specialising in Accounts, Advisory and Payroll.
Andrew is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over twenty years of experience, having begun his career in practice in 2002. He trained at a local firm in his native Wales, before moving to a top 20 firm in London. He has worked with clients across several sectors, including charitable entities, and has experience with clients ranging from start-ups to more complex groups and UK subsidiaries of international groups.
Andrew considers himself a general practitioner and enjoys the challenge of helping clients meet their goals through proactive advice at every stage of their business journey. He places a high value on client care and takes pride in providing relevant and timely advice.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys holidaying with his family and cycling.
