Jake started working in Tax in 2014 at a local accountancy firm where he obtained his ATT qualification. In February 2025, Jake joined Affinia as Property Tax Adviser.
Since obtaining this qualification, Jake worked in Private Client compliance, assisting high net worth clients with tax queries and preparing personal Tax Returns.
In 2017, Jake started working in a Tax Advisory team providing Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, VAT and Stamp Duty Land Tax advice to individuals and companies. Jake gained lots of experience working within a Tax Advisory team and uses these skills within the Property Tax team at Affinia to assist clients with all property related tax queries.
Outside of work Jake enjoys running and playing golf.
