Having started his career as a Chartered Accountant in general practice, Malcolm spent several years in commerce, adding ‘real world’ experience to his professional foundations.
Malcolm has a particular specialism in business valuations, for sale, acquisition, EMI schemes, shareholder disputes – and divorce, where he has assisted clients or their legal advisers as an individual party expert, as a single joint expert or as a shadow expert.
Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys seeing the latest shows in the theatre, eating out with his family and friends, owning classic cars and the odd spot of shopping! Â
